We are a unique and quaint wedding venue that is authentically original yet modern and comfortable. Family owned and operated, we handle each couple individually and strive to make your wedding day all that you envision. Now open for seven seasons, we are proud to say we have over 180 happy couples and thousands of impressed wedding guests.

Weekend Rental (Saturday Wedding) only- $9,000

We hold one wedding per weekend, with couples having access to the property Friday for set-up and rehearsal, Saturday wedding and Sunday pick-up of decor, if needed. This rental fee also includes a wedding coordinator as well as decor clean-up service after the wedding!

What does your rental fee include?

• Weekend rental! Friday: 11am-5pm set-up & rehearsal, Saturday wedding 8am-11pm & Sunday pick-up 9-12pm

• Day-of Wedding Coordinator

• Decor clean up!

• Paved and grassy parking areas

• Two out-buildings for bridal party use (Bridal Suite & Groom’s Quarters)

• Indoor restrooms

• Custom-built Bar and whiskey barrel cocktail tables

• Bar refrigeration, kegerator and cooler for ice

• A/C and Heat

• Table and chair set-up and take-down for both ceremony & reception

• Your choice of 60" round tables and/or 8' banquet tables

• Seating for up to 180

• White, padded garden chairs for outdoor ceremony and indoor reception (separate sets)

• Outdoor ceremony location OR indoor ceremony option

• Use of the outdoor patio and 3 acres of lawn space for games

• Fully ADA accessible- indoor elevator!

• Garbage Removal

  What does your rental fee not include?

• Food/catering

• Alcohol

• Flowers, Decor, etc.

Bluestem Farm is a flexible venue that allows couples to choose which caterer they would like to work with. We also allow couples to purchase their own alcohol and use one of our preferred bartending vendors to serve.
